Adobe for Document
Preparation
One of the best and simplest ways of
document preparation is to use Adobe Acrobat (which comes with the free
and powerful reader) for multiple page documents or reports. This
enables many files to be combined and bookmarked, if necessary, into one
PDF file that is small in size and easy to launch and manipulate. The
Adobe Acrobat Reader can be launched within the DocControl Viewer itself
or separately, depending on user preference. For image editing, document
stitching and other imaging controls, Adobe Photoshop is recommended
because of its powerful functions and user-friendliness.
Please inform your CDMR representative if
you wish to purchase and use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Photoshop as part of
your document management system. If required, CDMR can provide basic
training on these Adobe products and instruct your document controllers
on how best to incorporate its functions within the DocControl document
